	Notable People Share \| Frazer, Oliver (1808-1864) Section I, Lot 53 Born in Fayette County, Oliver Frazer studied portraiture under Matthew Harris Jouett in Lexington and Thomas Sully in Philadelphia, then continued his education in Great Britain and Europe.
